I’ve certainly been busy during the first 3 months of the year, updating our name, our 1st year anniversary along with speaking to lots of new and existing clients about their insurance needs.

This month I would like to introduce you to Jude Rhodes. Jude is the Director of Lawrence Legacy and is able to assist you with Business Will Writing and Lasting Power of Attorney. Jude would like to ask you the following:

Landlord Electrical Inspections
These new Regulations require landlords to have the electrical installations in their properties inspected and tested by a person who is qualified and competent, at least every 5 years. Landlords have to provide a copy of the electrical safety report to their tenants, and to their local authority if requested.
